Judge Sets First Actos MDL Trial Date for 2014
Actos side effects may include Actos bladder cancer and heart problems. Patients who suffer from these side effects may seek the advice of an Actos lawyer to file an Actos lawsuit. Those who have filed claims in federal court have likely had their cases transferred to the current Actos MDL in Louisiana. Judge Doherty, who is managing the centralized litigation, recently signed an order scheduling the first bellwether trial for November 2014. Recent studies have added evidence to a link between the drug and bladder cancer.
